DCM FEBA 2026 is an initiative by the Council for Infrastructure Development & Economic Reforms in association with the Ferozepur Chamber of Commerce & Entrepreneurship and D.C.M. Group of Schools. CLAP 2026 is a vibrant celebration of creativity, imagination, storytelling, and artistic expression for children. The event encourages young minds to explore literature, art, performance, and creativity through a series of engaging competitions and activities.

The festival provides a platform for students to showcase their talents, build confidence, and celebrate the magic of storytelling, colors, and imagination.
